To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. Also, be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, coolwool.in will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not coolwool.in Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. in case of an incomplete address provided by the customers, nothing can be done unless either of the party receives the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, coolwool.in will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund. Time to Dispatch mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, return, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 1 to 4 days and shipping will be done within 7 to 10 days after dispatching of the order.
